The start of the New Year is a great time for us to look back on everything that came our way this past year, and share our successes with our employees and clients. And although every year and every business has its ups and down, we believe these to be our top three achievements of 2013:

Growth. And lots of it. Growth by our leadership, by our employees, and by our organization as a whole. We are proud to have opened our 9th office, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and have begun to work with new clients including Amazon and Nike. For the 5th consecutive year, Xtreme was named to the Inc. 500  List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, achieving three-year sales growth of over 141%. A month prior, Puget Sound Business Journal recognized Xtreme for the 3rd consecutive year as one of the Eastside’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, honoring the most innovative, creative, and inspiration companies that achieved significant revenue growth in the last three years.

Identity. 2013 marked a transitional year for Xtreme as we worked to better align our brand strategy and business practices. We encompassed a fresh look and feel with the release of a newly designed logo, website, and marketing materials, and developed a brand strategy consistent with our personality. To top it off, our branding success was recognized by the American Staffing Association as we won a VOICE Award, recognizing the voice, originality, innovation, creativity, and effectiveness of company communications.

Philanthropy.  In 2013 we continued to turn our focus towards our community, and connected with organizations where we could make a larger impact. We offered our employees more opportunities to get involved and shared our stories to inspire others. 2013 marked the 4th year that Xtreme has been recognized as one the top philanthropic companies, breaking the top 10 on the PSBJ’s Corporate Philanthropists List. As this may be the most rewarding honor of the year, we look forward to continuing our work in the community in 2014.

We are proud to have been able to accomplish so much both inside and outside of the office this past year.  And as we prepare for 2014, which is sure to be filled with both new obstacles and new opportunities, we hope for continued growth and success and look forward to all that is to come.
